Hope Beach looked stunning today with the waves taking centre stage. A high tide with easterly F7 gusts put paid to sailing but the sun was shining and it became a catch-up and fettling day.
Great to see so many people in the boat park working on their boats, or helping with jobs around and about

. Many thanks to Ian for organising the elevensies and to June for the home-made flapjacks (which went down particularly well too with a couple of young nerf-gun fighters....Happy Birthday Charlie!)
Fingers crossed the wind will get bored of being easterly and switch to a more affable direction soon...
