You can send them to Typhoon in Redcar https://www.typhoon-int.co.uk/

'Crewsaver' pointed me toward 'Andark Diving' of Southampton to get the socks and cuffs replaced. Works out about £25 per corner. I asume they also do suit patch repairs.

P.S.
When you cut your wrists...ERRR... Trim your cuffs, don't use scissors as you'll get an uneven circumference and might create a 'Run'. My 'Tip Of The Day' is poke a wooden rolling pin through the cuff (so's the rubber is stretched tight and flat against the wood) and follow the rib marks (only removing one or two at a time between testing) with a flat/straight Stanley knife blade, brand new and at it's sharpest. Cut through the rubber so you at least slightly score the wood of the rolling pin. The optimum angle for the blade to cut is the same as using a rip saw through wood. About 30 degrees I think. The crucial part is as the last part of the cut meets the first.
I used the same method to cut the neck seal, but stretched it over/around a wooden chopping board.
