Lesson and practice races

Postby Dreadnought » February 27th, 2017, 4:49 pm

Hopefully the weather gods will look favourably on us on Sunday and we can have a useful session on the water.

Whether you are coming to the lesson or not you should find the course notes from two years ago useful: http://www.shanklinsailingclub.com/cont ... lesson.php

We will be doing something a bit different this year.

The weather does not look very promising on Sunday but please come along anyway. We will have a short lesson on the beach and the club house if it is not clement.

Lesson starts at 10 o'clock tomorrow.

Zero chance of sailing unfortunately so you will have to listen to Erling and me instead.

The forecast for Sunday looks much more promising than last week. We will almost certainly get on the water this time.

Please get your boats ready on the beach in time for a short briefing in the club house at 9.45. Please set your boat up in unarig mode unless you have crew.
