Start proceedure

Our new lights created by Tony Murrant are ready for action.

If you are lucky enough to be allowed in the race box then you should read these instructions:

I have updated the start lights page on the web site. http://www.shanklinsailingclub.com/cont ... lights.php

The sequence is the same as before but there are now lights for recalls.

If one or more boats are on the course side at the start, the 10 and 5 minute lights will come on.

If there is a general recall then all five lights will be illuminated.

There is also now a white shorten course light facing towards the number 7 buoy.
