RYA Dinghy Show & Dry Suit

Postby Andrew Jefferies » February 29th, 2016, 11:42 pm

Hi all,

I thought I'd head to the Dinghy Show on Sunday as it's not too far for me. Anyone else going ?

Thought I'd look for a dry suit. I've always sailed in wet suits but as Shanklin Club seems to sail all year round, I thought I'd better look at something a bit warmer for the colder months. Hope to get a show bargain - Does anyone have any recommendations ?

Yes, definitely get one.

Go for a neoprene neck. The suppliers will tell you they are not as watertight as latex but they don't have to wear them.

Thanks for the advice. It seems like most of them on-line seem to have a latex neck - :?

I have some prices off the inter-web to go armed with to do some haggling :P
