Broadband

Postby Dreadnought » June 5th, 2014, 10:28 pm

The club has an upgraded broadband connection as of this evening. Unfortunately I haven't configured it yet. And I am in Devon. So if you want to see what is happening on the web cam you need to look leftwards out of the starting box window. The weather station will be working in the club but not on the internet.

Shall try and fix it when I return. And we should be able to get a much faster refresh rate on the web cam.

Fibre broadband is now installed in the club house, with thanks to a BT engineer who stayed on until 6pm so that he could get in the club.

You should notice the webcam quality and refresh rate is much better than before. It is still the same resolution though.

There is a new Wi-Fi password which I will advertise on the board, or just ask me what it is.

If you do notice a block of "dead" red pixels towards the right hand side of the webcam view, do not panic. That is just Brandon's new burgee which has a five foot diagonal length.
