Pico's

Postby ChrisR » May 9th, 2014, 6:23 pm

Whilst at the tip the other day I noticed 2 Pico Hulls.
Don't know what damage there is to them, just wondering if it might be worth contacting Island Waste to see if there might be a deal to be done, if they are any good.

So - I went and had a look at them and other than the fittings have all been removed or are broken, the hulls themselves seem sound and in particular the centreboard casings all appeared intact!

Excitedly I went and spoke to one of the tip officials who said we couldn't have them "because the boss wants them for his garden"! I tried to explain we would use them to teach kids to sail in but it fell on deaf ears.

Very frustrating !

Would £50 swing it?
