I have cancelled the Odds and Ends Race for this coming Sunday.

First race is the Pursuit. As there is an event taking place on the beach we will start the Pursuit from the normal start line. 10 minute gun will go at 9.50am.

The second race will be the Bang and Swap Helmsman Race for Sprint 15s. You will require a crew and a jib. It will be a normal race except approximately half way through the race, the horn will sound and the crew must take over the helm. Whoever is helming the boat must be doing so unaided. However the crew may operate the main sheet. If anybody wants to crew in this event contact me or another owner of a Sprint 15.

As the second race requires a jib, you are welcome to take a jib out in the first race as long as it is completely furled.

Please, as ever, be considerate of the other beach users. It will be a high tide and the beach should be very busy.
