Please can somebody splice up some rope so we can get Buoy 3 back on the water.

If you give me an overview of what is needed, I'll do it.

Might be best to wait for the impending arrival of a yellow buoy from the Western Isles. It will need a rope splicing round the buoy's eye and an loop being made at the other end.
