Nearly there

It has been an absolutely amazing effort by everybody to get the sailing club to the state it is in. I doubt there are many clubs, sailing or otherwise, on the Island that have got as much done by volunteers as we have this Winter. We should really give ourselves pats on the back.

There are just a few things to get sorted before the start of the season and it would be great if we could have one last effort on Sunday. Erling, Paul and I will be away but we will be thinking of you all. Possibly.

Please can people bring some yard brushes down and clear up the sand in the boat yards. Anything other than sand can go in the skip.

The ash in the fishing boat yard needs to go in the skip.

The buoys need to be finished off. Chris has (been) volunteered to do this.

The changing rooms still have equipment from the sail room. Could this be moved back to the sail room and put away tidily.

Possibly, the Picos and the Zap Cat could go back into their rightful homes.

And then please can we have some people down the club on Monday at 5pm to get the buoys put on the beach ready to go out the following day.

Your vice commodore loves you all.

Can't put the ash in the skip they don't go a bundle on it.
Best to just use it to dry out the ground.
The trench at the bottom of the cliff needs digging out.

I doubt they have a problem with cold ashes.
