Shanklin Sailing Club

Have been down to the club today to try to cut the drain square to fit the pan connector, to no avail, it just keeps crumbling every time you do anything.
We are now on plan X as we can't get anything to sleeve it with. The plan is to dig towards the manhole by the pavement, try to remove the old clay pipe from the manhole and insert a new plastic one.
