There are a few changes for 2013.

The Tuesday Afternoon Series will be raced at 2pm.

The Bang and Go Back Race has been replaced with a Bang and Swap Crew Race which will consist as a normal one direction race except the crew and helm must swap when the horn is sounded. Each boat must have at least one sailor with a 3 minute start or earlier in the Pursuit Race.

There will be a new buoy "B" which will be between the start and buoy 1.

There are substantially more Cadet Series races. A third of these results will be discarded.

Not sure why you have specified one third of the Cadet and Tuesday races will be discarded (rounded down to the nearest number of discards) as this is the standard discard rate anyway
