1) Roof above ladies changing room needs mending
2) Buoys need to be got ready
3) Drains need clearing at the back of the club. Done
4) Get new plastic for the windows in the starters hut,
5) Clear and remove the racking at the back of the Club ready for cladding.
6) Clear the bank below the club.
7) Remove and replace the racking in the lower boat park below the Club. (see Erling)
Racking is removed
8) New eye bolts in boat park. Done

If you think of anything else please add it.

I volunteer to clear the bank.

Please note that we have bagsied a pole from the back of the club for the weather station. Please don't remove all the scaffold poles.
