Start box lighting system update

Due to the Thursday night (only) issues I have updated the system and it now auto connects, so to run the system up just turn on the mains power and boot the laptop, sit back and enjoy the ride as the system does its thing, just wait and you will get to the point where the start race buttons are available
Should something strange happen then exit the laptop application (don't do a shutdown) and rerun from the desktop icon, and please let me know it happened.
I've added a new button to the utils called mid race, should we get a power cut (or something happens that results in a system turn off and on) use this to jump to in race conditions to allow the normal controls to work without a starting sequence being run ... Simples
