I don't think that I will be down.
The new safety boat engine is occasionally showing a fault on the right hand warning light then going into limp mode. Could the safety person please keep an eye on this. Don't over rev the engine. If the red light comes on there should be a sequence of flashes please try to remember these.
Please check that there is water coming out of the small recessed hole starboard side of the engine.

Dominic will be down to help on the safety boat.

The Kill Cord that came with the engine is not the correct one.

I have found one on the bunch from the other engine that seems to do the job.

A new one is required for a Suzuki outboard DF 25 A .

Hi Chris. As mentioned before, there was 1 red flash roughly every 5 seconds and there wasn't an issue with the discharge of the sea water coolant that I could see. Idle revs are also quite high (to me) even when down on the lowest throttle setting. There can be a clunk when engaging "ahead" from neutral, but I highly doubt that's the issue with the red light. Yes I know all that. At the moment I am not well enough to deal with it. Would suggest someone else dealt with it.
