Weekend sailing

Postby Dreadnought » August 18th, 2017, 9:33 pm

Leaving the beach tomorrow at 11.30 for Whitecliff Bay. The forecast is for fairly strong breeze so only come along if you are comfortable beating into a force 5.

On Sunday there are two open races starting at 10am. Any class of boat can race including sport mode Sprint 15s and Picos. The forecast is perfect so let's hope we get a big turn out.

Well done to Sophia for beating 26 boats in the EW Austin Cup in her Optimist. :)

Thank you for your generosity. Super proud of her and for her for hanging in there in the gusts we had in the 2nd race.
The small child in the picture was the 2016 & 2017 Sprint 15 National Champion!!!
