Weather station

Until the anemometer on the post is fixed the weather page is taking its wind data from the weather station over the club house. This will not be accurate. Please use the Sandown Pier wind graph on that page until we can get out to the post to replace the non-spinning cups.

I think the Sandown Pier weather station is broken now.

That leaves us the anemometer on top of the club house. The direction on that is about 180 degrees out.

The anemometer is now working on the post.

Thanks to all that have helped.

The wind speed and direction graphs on the weather station page should now update automatically every 30 seconds.

If they don't do so then refresh the page. On a PC that's Ctrl and F5 together.

Good day to test it.

Meanwhile the data from Sandown Pier doesn't work at the moment. Nothing I can do about that.

The weather station needs a nudge. The trip switch went yesterday and I think that has put it out of action.

In the meantime the data from the pier is working well. Just scroll to the bottom of the weather page.
