Lesson and practice days

Postby Dreadnought » February 17th, 2018, 4:22 pm

The two practice days are fast approaching us and hopefully the fair weather sailors will join the rest of us soon.

Whether you are coming along or not can I suggest you read the course notes from the lesson a few years ago: https://www.shanklinsailingclub.com/con ... lesson.php and also the rules on rounding marks: https://www.shanklinsailingclub.com/con ... e_mark.php

We have no safety boat at present so there will be no lesson on the water on Sunday unless it is force 4 or less.

However there will be a lesson of some sort in the club house if we can't get on the water.
