Sunday

Postby ChrisR » January 7th, 2018, 4:34 pm

Many thanks to Mary for standing in for Kim in her absence, and keeping the troops fed and watered.

If you weren't down you missed out on all Erling's unwanted Mince Pies. Apparently he has put on a lot of weight over the Christmas period. But I am not one to say that it is noticeable. :P

Also thanks to Bob Baker, for his phone call about a boat with a mast at a very jaunty angle, and to Liam and his team who have taken the mast down to stop any more problems.

Still need some felt if anyone has any.

In the defence of the person who owns the semi-dismasted boat, he does sail regularly in the Winter.

There are about 35 other masts still up though and most don't go out if there's an R in the month. Can't think why you would leave your mast up for 5 months wearing the mast base and rigging out.
