Stay at Home Cup on Sunday

Postby SueDyer » July 21st, 2017, 8:19 pm

While the 'hot shots' are away at the Nationals on the mainland the rest of us can play, so please all come along on Sunday and take part in the prestigious Stay at Home 'mugs' Cup (Any class) followed by, weather permitting, a 'fun sailing event' with prizes  . Mary will be providing extra special snacks, so please come and join in. Fingers crossed the weather gods are with us. See you Sunday.

Awnings are Us
Well done Sue and Mary, a great morning sailing. The retired pig farmer set the course for the first race.
If it had been the upside down cup Harry would have come out on top today. Had to get Stewart and Andy to help right the boat.
Thanks to Sue and Mary for organising the prizes for the second race, which Andy and Maria won in flying fashion.

The first race was won by Mark Pritchard who just managed to pip Stewart to the post.

Mary cooked up Burgers, Hot Dogs, Beacon and there was even some healthy food as well.

I actually spotted Mr Bolton in the Kitchen cooking up sausages.

Well done everyone.
